Event management is a complete process, it's not a one man show. Lot's of people are involved in this process and event managers has to be a team player.

2. Imaginative
Great vision and creativity are fundamentals of event management. A good event manager should have good imaginary power which can convert your venue into fairyland.

3. Game Changer
Event management is also known as Crisis management. This trait is very important in every event manager as crisis can blow your mind at anytime. Every event manager should have game changing attitude and should be ready for challenges.

4. Efficient
Doing the job is not only the trait every event manager posses. Completing the job with minimum cost and most importantly exceeding the expectations of the client is a trait of a real event manager. 

5. Responsible
Every event manager is completely responsible from proposal to completion of the event. Be it the security, permissions, venue, crisis and every single delevirable the event manager has committed for. 


At last, I will say that's great if you have a tiger in you. If you lack at anytime, Don't worry, take a long breath and stand like a real Tiger which will give you strength to fight against each and every challenge.
